REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- The item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, we cover full return charges i.e., we provide refunds for the product and also refund for the return shipment cost.
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You wants to return the item after receiving the right item in a right condition, still we provide refunds for the product, but return shipment charge has to be borne by you and item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors with in your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Readymades Bra, Readymade Panties Mens Shirts & Women’s Shirts and other Readymade items:
- Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
- Items should contains the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
- Items should be in the same condition as received.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Veshtis, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns not accepted.
